If you receive a qualifying benefit (such as Universal Credit, Pension Credit or Housing Benefit) and your home has an EPC rating of D or below, loft insulation can be installed at no cost to you through the ECO4 scheme. If you don’t qualify, loft top-ups are available from £150, with a free home survey and professional cross-layer installation. Either way, we check what you’re eligible for before recommending anything.
